2021 Hickinbotham The Nest

This Cabernet Franc expresses true varietal characteristics such as a great balance of red and dark fruit aromatics, with pomegranate, pecan, anise, dragon fruit, and le pain grillé on the palate. The mid-palate is dense yet delicate and the finish features fine velvety tannins. A showstopper now, one can only imagine the cellaring potential.
